The outline of the school
The school has approximately 1,760 students from grades 7 to 12. Starting from 2024, Universal Study Course has been established, offering immersion education in English. This course welcomes returnee students and those coming from overseas as well as students from inside Japan. The school has been designated as a Super Science High School (SSH) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology since 2024. The school focuses on fostering students who can promote a sustainable future and the well-being of people through the applied use of science and technology, with an integrated approach to both the sciences and humanities.
